Bon has been working in childcare for over 15 years and for the past six years has been operating Little Rascals Family daycare in Bayside.

Her focus is on providing an environment of creativity and adventure where children are provided with the resources to allow them to explore their imaginations, experiment and engage in active participation.

Little Rascals Family Daycare offers a holistic environment which combines plenty of natural resources for open ended play with opportunities for children to develop their self help skills and become involved in every day learning activites; ie helping with basic meal preparation, animal care, watering plants or having fun washing up.

How is family daycare monitored for quality?

Family daycare is approved under the Education and Care Services National Law act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National regulations 2011. 

Bon is registered with Wyndham Early Learning Family daycare scheme. The Scheme is responsible for recruiting, training and providing ongoing support to the educators and ensuring the educator meets all the legal requirements of providing the service
